The Datasensing QMI9/0P-0A Sensors are advanced cubic miniaturized photoelectric sensors designed for high-performance applications. With a long sensing distance of up to 1500 mm, these sensors utilize diffuse reflection technology, making them ideal for detecting objects at extended ranges. They feature a 2 kHz switching frequency and offer background suppression with mechanical adjustment for enhanced accuracy. The sensors are available in various models, including options for polarized, reflective, and through-beam detection, catering to diverse industrial needs. Equipped with a PNP L/D selectable output type, the QMI9/0P-0A sensors ensure reliable performance with a nominal sensing distance of 1.5m and a repeat accuracy of 5%. The sensitivity can be easily adjusted using a trimmer, and the sensors are designed to operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC. They boast a robust construction with a PA66 housing and PMMA active head material, ensuring durability and protection against electrical damages. The sensors are completely filled with resin, except for models with background suppression, providing complete protection against electrical damages. They are equipped with LED indicators for status output and stability, and offer short-circuit and reverse polarity protection. With an IP67 degree of protection, these sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, operating effectively in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C.
