The Datasensing QMR7/0N-0A Sensors are high-performance, cubic miniaturized photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability. With a nominal sensing distance of 400mm and a thermal drift of ?10% Sr, these sensors offer exceptional accuracy and stability. They feature a 2 kHz switching frequency and a response time of just 250µs, making them ideal for fast-paced environments. The sensors are equipped with background suppression, adjustable via a mechanical trimmer, and offer a wide range of models including diffuse reflection for medium distances up to 600mm.
Constructed with a durable PA66 housing and PMMA active head material, these sensors are built to withstand harsh conditions, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and a degree of protection rated at IP67. They are fully protected against electrical damages, including short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, and are compatible with a variety of connections, including a 2m PVC cable or M8-M12 pig-tail.
