The Datasensing QMRG/0P-0F Sensors are advanced cubic miniaturized photoelectric sensors designed for high-performance applications. These sensors boast a long sensing distance and a 2 kHz switching frequency, making them ideal for a variety of industrial uses. They feature background suppression with mechanical adjustment, ensuring precise detection even in challenging environments. The range includes models with diffuse reflection for short, medium, and long distances, as well as polarized, reflective options for transparent objects, through-beam, and background suppression variants.
These sensors are available with either a cable and M8 plug exit or an M8-M12 pig-tail, providing flexibility in installation. The output state is selectable between LO/DO, and the sensors are completely filled with resin, except for the background suppression models, offering complete protection against electrical damages. With a nominal sensing distance of 1.5m and a thermal drift of ?10% Sr, these sensors ensure reliable performance. They have a repeat accuracy of 5% and a sensitivity adjustment via a trimmer.
The QMRG/0P-0F Sensors operate on a voltage range of 10
30VDC, with a no-load supply current of ? 30mA and a load current of ?100mA. They feature short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, as well as impulsive overvoltage protection. The sensors are equipped with LED indicators for status output and are designed to withstand external light interference up to 3000lux from incandescent lamps and 10000lux from sunlight.
Constructed with a PA66 housing and a PMMA active head, these sensors are robust and durable, with an IP67 degree of protection. They are approved by CE cULus and comply with EMC compatibility standards EN 60947-5-2. The sensors are designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C and can be stored in temperatures from -30°C to +80°C, ensuring reliability in various environmental conditions. With dimensions of 40.6x21x13mm and a weight of just 10g, these sensors are compact yet powerful, making them an excellent choice for precision sensing applications.
