The Datasensing QMRN/0P-0F Sensors are compact, high-performance photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a nominal sensing distance of 5 meters, these sensors utilize a polarized function principle with a radial 90° optic position, ensuring accurate detection on RL110 reflectors. The sensors offer a PNP output type with L/D selectable output function, and a switching frequency of 2kHz, providing rapid response times of just 250µs.
Engineered for durability, the sensors are housed in robust PA66 material with an active head made of PMMA, offering mechanical protection rated at IP67. They are equipped with LED indicators for status output and stability, and are protected against short-circuits, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage. The sensors operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a no-load supply current of ?30mA and a load current of ?100mA.
Designed to withstand harsh environments, they maintain functionality in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C and are resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards.
