The Datasensing QMRS/0N-0APT Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in various industrial applications. These miniature cubic photoelectric sensors feature a background suppression function with a nominal sensing distance of 200mm, adjustable via a trimmer for optimal sensitivity. With a minimum sensing distance of 30mm, they are ideal for detecting white targets like Kodak 90% 200 x 200mm. The sensors operate on an NPN L/D selectable output type, with a switching frequency of 1kHz and a rapid response time of 500µs, ensuring quick and accurate detection. Built to withstand challenging environments, these sensors have an operating voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, a no-load supply current of ?30mA, and a load current of ?100mA. They are equipped with short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, as well as impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring durability and safety. The housing is made from robust PA66 material, with an active head crafted from PMMA, providing IP67 mechanical protection against dust and water ingress. The sensors are designed to handle extreme temperatures, with an operating range of -25°C to +70°C and a storage range of -30°C to +80°C. They are also resistant to shocks and vibrations, complying with IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards. The compact dimensions of 31.2x21x13mm make them easy to integrate into tight spaces, and the 2m PVC cable connection ensures flexibility in installation.
