Datasensing QXX/00-2F Sensors

The Datasensing QXX/00-2F Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring both axial and right angle optics, these sensors are equipped with two LEDs for threshold and signal margin indication. They utilize visible red light in retro-reflective, polarized, and through-beam models, allowing for long-distance detection with a precision beam. With a fast response time of 0.75-0.5 ms and NPN-PNP selectable output, these sensors offer high output current exceeding 300 mA. The nominal sensing distance is 8 meters, with a repeat accuracy of ? 5% and sensitivity adjustment via a trimmer. The function principle is based on an emitter with a radial 90° optic position. The sensors operate at a voltage range of 10 to 30 VDC, with a no-load supply current of ? 20 mA. They feature a switching frequency of 500 Hz and a response time of 1 ms. The output voltage drop is ? 1.2 V at a load current of 100 mA, with a maximum ripple content of ? 10%. LED indicators include a red light for checks and a green light for power ON status. The sensors are equipped with short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, emitting LED infrared light at 880 nm. They are resistant to interference from external light sources up to 3000 lux from incandescent lamps and 10000 lux from other sources. The compact design measures 15x23x93 mm and weighs 70 g, with a cubic diameter/dimension. The housing is made from durable ABS material, with an active head made of acrylic. The sensors are designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C without freezing, and they are CE approved with EMC compatibility according to EN 60947-5-2 standards.
