Datasensing SPC/LP-0E Sensors

The Datasensing SPC/LP-0E Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for retroreflective applications with a nominal sensing distance of 5 meters. These sensors feature a PNP output type with a Lon output function, ensuring reliable performance in various industrial environments. The sensor's optic position is radial at 90°, and it operates with a switching frequency of 250Hz and a response time of just 2ms, making it highly efficient for fast-paced operations. Constructed with a durable PBT/PC housing and a PMMA active head, the SPC/LP-0E is built to withstand harsh conditions, offering an IP67 mechanical protection rating. It is equipped with LED infrared emission at 880nm and can resist interference from external light sources up to 3000lux from incandescent lamps and 10000lux from sunlight. The sensor is designed with a compact M18 diameter and measures 75.7mm in length, making it easy to integrate into existing systems. The SPC/LP-0E includes essential features such as short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, impulsive overvoltage protection, and a yellow LED indicator for status output. It operates within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a no-load supply current of ?30mA and a load current of ?100mA. The sensor's output voltage drop is ?1.2V at a load current of 100mA, ensuring minimal power loss. This sensor is CE and cULus approved, with EMC compatibility according to EN 60947-5-2 standards. It is designed to withstand vibrations and shocks as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards, respectively. The SPC/LP-0E comes with M18 x 1 nuts for easy installation and is suitable for operating temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C, provided there is no freezing.
