The Datasensing SS7/0P-1A Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precise and reliable detection. Featuring a diffuse reflection function with a nominal sensing distance of 400mm, these sensors are ideal for medium-distance applications. The sensors come equipped with a PNP L/D selectable output and a trimmer for sensitivity adjustment, allowing for customizable performance. With a robust IP67 protection rating, they are safeguarded against electrical damages and environmental factors, ensuring durability in various conditions.
The sensors are housed in nickel-plated brass with a PMMA active head, providing a sturdy and reliable build. They operate efficiently within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a low no-load supply current of ?30mA and a load current of ?100mA. The LED infrared emission at 880nm ensures accurate detection, even in challenging lighting conditions, with interference resistance up to 3000lux for incandescent lamps and 10000lux for sunlight.
Additional features include a yellow LED status indicator, short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, and impulsive overvoltage protection. The sensors are CE and cULus approved, meeting EMC compatibility standards (EN 60947-5-2) and are designed to withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards. Supplied with M18 x 1 nuts and a screwdriver, these sensors are ready for immediate installation and use in a wide range of industrial applications.
