The Datasensing SS7/LP-1E Sensors are advanced photoelectric sensors designed for precise and reliable detection. Featuring a diffuse reflection function with a nominal sensing distance of 400mm, these sensors are ideal for medium-distance applications. The models come with side sensitivity adjustment on both axial and right-angle optics, allowing for flexible installation and operation. The sensors offer LO/DO selectable output and are available in ATEX models, category 3, upon request.
Equipped with a yellow LED status indicator, the SS7/LP-1E Sensors provide clear operational feedback. They are built to withstand electrical damages with complete protection, including short-circuit and reverse polarity protection. The sensors operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30VDC, with a no-load supply current of ?30mA and a load current of ?100mA. The output voltage drop is minimal at ?1.2V@Iload=100mA, ensuring efficient performance.
Constructed with a robust nickel-plated brass housing and a PMMA active head, these sensors are designed to endure harsh environments, offering an IP67 protection degree. They are resistant to shocks and vibrations as per IEC standards and can operate in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C without freezing. The sensors are EMC compatible with EN 60947-5-2 standards and are CE and cULus approved.
The SS7/LP-1E Sensors are easy to install with an M12 plug connection and come with supplied accessories, including M18 x 1 nuts and a screwdriver.
