The Datasensing TFM1/1X-0V Sensors are designed for precision and reliability, featuring a µTOF low range with a slow push-pull mechanism. Encased in a resin-filled housing, these sensors offer robust protection against electrical damages and environmental factors, boasting an IP67 protection degree. With two digital outputs (Lon) and a switching frequency ranging from 10 Hz to 80 Hz, they ensure efficient performance in various applications. The sensors emit an infrared laser (class 1) with a wide-angle emission, providing a nominal sensing distance of 180mm and a resolution of 1mm. The output is selectable between PNP or Pushpull, and the sensors include a trimmer for sensitivity adjustment, with a hysteresis of ± 4mm. They operate on the principle of Time of Flight, with a response time of 50ms and an operating voltage range of 19.2 to 28.8VDC. The sensors are equipped with LED indicators for easy status monitoring: green for run, red for out of operating range, and yellow for status. Built with a cubic design, the sensors measure 13 x 2 x 31.2mm and are constructed from durable PA66 + ABS materials, with a glass active head. They are equipped with a 200mm PVC cable and M12 plug for easy connectivity. The sensors are designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -10°C to +50°C and can be stored in temperatures up to 90°C, with a humidity tolerance of less than 80% without condensation. Additional features include short-circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring reliable operation in demanding environments. The sensors are CE approved and comply with EMC compatibility standards EN 60947-5-2.
