The Datasensing UK1D/G9-0ASY Sensors are advanced ultrasonic sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M18 analog design, these sensors offer a versatile 0-10 V+ NPN NO/NC output, with a sensing range of 150-1600 mm. The 2-meter cable and teach-in button make installation and setup straightforward, while the durable plastic housing ensures longevity.
These sensors are equipped with digital programmable outputs and offer both current and voltage analogue outputs, allowing for flexible integration into various systems. The adjustable hysteresis function, along with programmable double digital outputs, is ideal for level-specific applications. The working area can be easily adjusted using the teach-in button, providing a quick and efficient setup process.
A multifunction LED indicator provides clear feedback on output type, adjustment procedures, NO/NC selection, and reverse analog output slope. With a nominal sensing distance of 1600mm and a thermal drift of Sr at ±2%, these sensors deliver high accuracy and reliability. The beam angle of 15° ± 2° and a resolution of ?3mm ensure precise detection, while the teach-in button allows for easy sensitivity adjustment.
The sensors are designed with a diffuse reflection function principle and offer both NO/NC and positive/negative slope output functions. They operate at a switching frequency of 3Hz with a response time of 500ms, and are compatible with an operating voltage of 10 - 30Vdc. The sensors feature short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection, ensuring safe and stable operation.
With a robust PBT housing and IP67 mechanical protection, these sensors are built to withstand harsh environments.
