The Dynapar HS35iQ PROGRH3P2PR1 is a heavy-duty hollow-shaft incremental optical encoder featuring PulseIQ Technology for real-time fault forewarning, including signal quality, low voltage, over/under temperature, cable integrity, shaft slip, and overspeed detection via onboard LEDs and digital fault outputs (TTL or HTL). It delivers two-channel quadrature (A/B) outputs with optional index (Z), programmable resolution from 1 to 20,000 PPR (factory default 1,024 PPR), 5-26 VDC input power, 200 kHz frequency response, and squarewave signals with <1 µs rise/fall times. Rated for industrial environments with IP67 enclosure (IP64 at >5000 RPM), -40 to +100°C storage temperature, 400g shock, 20g vibration (5-3000 Hz), and EN61326-1 noise immunity, it suits demanding applications like factory automation, elevators, and off-highway vehicles via clamp collar mounting on machine shafts.
