JMobile is the software foundation that makes EXOR hardware interchangeable. Design a project once in JMobile Studio and deploy it to any EXOR HMI, panel PC or edge gateway. The framework covers connectivity, device management, process management and data visualization in a single, easy-to-learn environment.

Integrated Soft PLC
A CODESYS V3 runtime is built into the HMI runtime on control-capable panels, so one device handles both operator interface and IEC 61131-3 logic. EXOR's own XPLC variant is available for higher-performance needs.
Multi-Protocol Connectivity

What is EXOR JMobile software?

JMobile is EXOR's unified software framework for building HMI and industrial IoT applications. It combines a design environment (JMobile Studio), a device runtime, an integrated CODESYS V3 soft PLC, a large library of OT communication drivers, and an HTML5 browser client. The same JMobile project runs across EXOR HMIs, panel PCs and edge gateways.

Are EXOR HMIs CODESYS programmable?

Yes. Control-capable EXOR panels include an integrated CODESYS V3 PLC runtime as part of the HMI runtime, programmed with the CODESYS V3.5 Development System. The HMI keeps its full JMobile communication drivers while running control logic, so one device serves as both operator interface and controller.

What is the difference between the eX700 and eX700M series?

Both are programmable HMI + PLC platforms. The eX700M is the higher-performance, feature-expanded generation - it targets more demanding control and visualization workloads and carries marine-grade certification for offshore and shipboard use, while the eX700 covers mainstream integrated-control applications.

What communication protocols do EXOR HMIs support?

Through JMobile, EXOR devices support PROFINET, EtherCAT, POWERLINK, EtherNet/IP, Modbus and a large list of additional OT drivers, plus OPC UA and MQTT (including Sparkplug B) for IIoT. A single application can run up to eight drivers simultaneously and act as a protocol converter between different PLC networks.

What is the EXOR X Series?

The X Series is EXOR's mobile HMI platform, giving operators wired or wireless mobility around a machine or cell with base-station docking. It is the newest addition to the EXOR range and pairs with the same JMobile software as EXOR's fixed panels.

Does EXOR make washdown or food-grade HMIs?

Yes. EXOR's FB and MFB hygienic-design panels use stainless construction suited to washdown and food and beverage lines, and JMobile adds FDA 21 CFR Part 11 features - electronic signatures, audit trails and signed reports - for pharmaceutical and regulated production.

What is an eXware gateway?

eXware is EXOR's IIoT edge gateway - a headless (no display) device that collects data from PLCs and field devices over industrial protocols and forwards it via OPC UA and MQTT to SCADA, historian, enterprise or cloud systems. It runs JMobile, so configuration uses the same tools as EXOR HMIs.
