Product Description
The Leuze BCB G30 H25 L140 is a standard bar code tape designed for integration with Leuze bar code positioning systems (BPS 8, BPS 300i, and FBPS 600i series). With dimensions of 25 mm height by 140,000 mm length and a 30 mm grid spacing, this digitally printed tape provides robust performance across demanding industrial environments, featuring moisture resistance, chemical resistance (to diesel oil, heptane, transformer oil, and white spirit), UV resistance, and scratch resistance. The tape operates reliably across an extended temperature range of 40 to 120 °C and requires a clean, dry, grease-free surface for adhesion using its acrylate-based adhesive, with full curing achieved in 72 hours. Applications include precision positioning and measurement systems in manufacturing, material handling, and automated inspection equipment where reliable bar code recognition is essential.
