Leuze BCB G30 H25 L150 bar code tape features a 25 mm height and 150 m length with a 30 mm grid dimension, designed for precise positioning in Leuze BPS 8, BPS 300i, and FBPS 600i series bar code positioning systems. It uses digital printing on polyester with acrylate adhesive (0.1 mm thickness), offering moisture, scratch, UV, wipe, and partial chemical resistance to diesel oil, heptane, transformer oil, and white spirit. Operational temperature range is -40 to 120 °C, with processing recommended at 10-25 °C on clean, dry, grease-free, smooth surfaces; full curing requires 72 hours.
