The Leuze BCB G30 H47 L010 is a standard bar code tape designed for precise positioning in industrial automation systems. It features a grid dimension of 30 mm, tape height of 47 mm, and length of 10,000 mm (10 m), constructed from a durable, self-adhesive plastic material offering high wear resistance, moisture resistance, partial chemical resistance, and suitability for application in straight lines, curves, and radii. Compatible with Leuze BPS 8 series, BPS 300i series, and FBPS 600i series bar code positioning systems, it enables millimeter-accurate position detection over extended travel paths up to 10 km when combined in series, supporting traverse rates up to 10 m/s and resolutions from 0.01 mm in demanding manufacturing, conveyor, and mechanical engineering applications.
