The Leuze BCB G30 H47 L150 is a standard bar code tape designed for precise positioning in industrial automation systems, featuring a height of 47 mm and length of 150 m with a 30 mm grid dimension. It uses digital printing on polyester with acrylate adhesive (0.1 mm strength), offering mechanical properties including moisture resistance, partial chemical resistance (to diesel oil, heptane, white spirit at 23°C over 24 h), scratch resistance, UV resistance, and wipe resistance. Compatible with BPS 8 series, BPS 300i series, and FBPS 600i series bar code positioning systems, it operates in ambient temperatures from -40 to 120°C after 72-hour curing, with processing recommended at 1025°C on clean, dry, grease-free, smooth surfaces. Typical applications include high-precision linear position measurement in manufacturing and assembly lines requiring traverse rates up to 4 m/s.
