Leuze BCB G30 H47 ML E marker labels feature dimensions of 47 mm height x 30 mm length with a 30 mm grid, designed for precise positioning in barcode systems such as BPS 8, BPS 300i, and FBPS 600i series. These labels use digital printing on polyester with matte surface protection, acrylate adhesive (0.1 mm thickness), and exhibit mechanical properties including moisture, partial chemical, scratch, UV, and wipe resistance. They withstand ambient temperatures from -40 to 120 °C, chemical exposure to diesel oil, heptane, transformer oil, and white spirit (23 °C/24 h), salt spray fog (150 h/5%), and humidity; apply to clean, dry, grease-free, smooth surfaces with recommended processing at 1025 °C and full curing in 72 h.
