Leuze BCB G30 H47 ML G marker labels feature dimensions of 47 mm height x 30 mm length with a 30 mm grid dimension and GG1 encoding, designed for precise identification in industrial environments. These labels utilize acrylate adhesive (0.1 mm strength) on a clean, dry, grease-free, smooth base, offering moisture, partial chemical, scratch, UV, and wipe resistance, with chemical resistance to diesel oil, heptane, transformer oil, and white spirit after 72-hour curing. They operate in ambient temperatures from -40 to 120 °C, with processing from 0 to 45 °C (recommended 10 to 25 °C), and additional resistance to humidity and salt spray fog (150 h/5%); surface protected by matt polyester.
