Leuze BCB G40 H25 L140 bar code tape is a standard positioning tape designed for the BPS 300i series bar code positioning systems, featuring a 40 mm grid dimension and 25 mm height with a length of 140 m. It uses digital printing on polyester with acrylate adhesive (0.1 mm thickness), offering mechanical properties including moisture resistance, partial chemical resistance (to diesel oil, heptane, transformer oil, white spirit), scratch resistance, UV resistance, and wipe resistance. Rated for ambient operation from -40 to 120 °C, it requires a clean, dry, grease-free, smooth surface for application, with curing time of 72 hours and recommended processing at 1025 °C.
