Leuze BCB G40 H47 L090 is a standard self-adhesive bar code tape designed for the BPS 300i series bar code positioning system, providing millimeter-accurate positioning along travel paths. It features a 40 mm grid dimension, 47 mm tape height, and 90 m length, with a polyester surface protected by acrylate adhesive (0.1 mm thickness) for reliable application on clean, dry, grease-free, smooth surfaces. The tape offers high mechanical durability including moisture, partial chemical, scratch, UV, and wipe resistance, with an operating temperature range of -40 to 120 °C and resistance to diesel oil, transformer oil, and white spirit. Typical applications include conveyor systems, AGVs, and industrial positioning tasks requiring precise, long-distance tracking up to 10 km when combined with compatible systems.
