The Leuze BCB G40 H47 ML F marker labels are digitally printed positioning markers designed for integration with the BPS 300i series barcode positioning system. Each label measures 47 mm (H) 40 mm (L) with a 40 mm grid dimension and utilizes FF1 encoding for reliable optical recognition. The markers feature acrylate adhesive (0.1 mm strength) applied to a polyester matt surface, providing durability across demanding industrial environments. Operating temperature range of -40 to 120 C and resistance to diesel oil, heptane, transformer oil, and white spirit make these labels suitable for automotive, petrochemical, and heavy manufacturing applications. Additional mechanical properties include moisture, scratch, UV, and wipe resistance, with a 72-hour curing time required after application.
