The Leuze DCR 202i FIX-U2-102-I3-G is a stationary, camera-based 2D code reader from the DCR 200i series, featuring a monochrome CMOS global shutter sensor with 1280 x 960 pixel resolution optimized for reading 1D/2D codes at close range (40-75 mm, modulus 0.1-0.25 mm). It operates on 18-30 V DC with polarity reversal and short-circuit protection, provides 1 digital input and 1 digital output (NPN, max. 100 mA), and supports RS 232/RS 422 interfaces via a 12-pin A-coded M12 connector plus a 4-pin D-coded M12 for Ethernet. The compact cubic housing (43 x 61 x 44 mm, die-cast aluminum/PC, 120 g) carries IP65 protection, integrated red LED illumination, green feedback LED, bar graph display, and two control buttons for standalone configuration; mounting via M4 threads or optional brackets.
