The SMC CDQ2B100-75DZ-M9BW CQ2 Z Series Compact Cylinder is a versatile and space-saving solution for your pneumatic needs. This innovative cylinder features a compact body design, making it ideal for applications where space is limited. The CQ2 Z Series has expanded its lineup to include sizes 4, 6, and 10, in addition to the existing range from 4 to 200.
One of the standout features of this cylinder is its ability to accommodate small auto switches on four surfaces, with two surfaces available for sizes 12 to 25, ensuring no projection of the auto switch. This design not only enhances functionality but also contributes to a lighter weight, with a reduction of 5 to 13% compared to the previous CQ2 series.
For added convenience, the cylinder comes with pivot brackets for double clevis and compact type foot brackets. Additionally, part numbers with rod end brackets and/or mounting bolts are available, eliminating the need to order a bracket separately for the applicable cylinder. The CQ2 Z Series is compatible with a range of auto switches, including Series CDQ2: CDQ2, CDQ2W, CDQ2K, CDQ2KW, CDQP2, CDQ2 S, and CDBQ2, providing flexibility and ease of integration into your system.
