Datasensing AK1/AP-1A Sensors

The Datasensing AK1/AP-1A Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for a variety of applications. With a nominal sensing distance of 5mm and an operating distance of 0 to 4.05mm, these sensors are ideal for precise proximity detection. They feature a standard target size of 18x18mm FE360 and offer correction factors for different materials, including copper, aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. The sensors exhibit minimal thermal drift and high repeat accuracy, ensuring reliable performance. These M18 standard flush mount sensors come with a PNP output type and NO output function, supporting a switching frequency of 600Hz. They operate within a voltage range of 10 to 30Vdc, with a no-load supply current of ? 20mA and a load current of ? 400mA. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state and offer robust protection features, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and protection against inductive loads. Constructed with nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT active head, the sensors are designed for durability and reliability. They are shielded for mounting, with dimensions of M18 x 1 / L = 50mm, and weigh 130g. The sensors are capable of operating in temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C and are rated with an IP67 degree of protection, making them suitable for harsh environments.
