Datasensing AK1/CP-2H Sensors

The Datasensing AK1/CP-2H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring an M18 unshielded NC/PNP connection with an M12 plug, these sensors offer a wide range of models, including standard and long-distance options. They are available with cable, M12, and plug cable exits, and come in configurations with 2, 3, and 4 wires. For specialized applications, ATEX models, category 3, can be requested. The sensors also offer models with complementary output (NO+NC). With a nominal sensing distance of 8mm and an operating distance of 0 to 6.48mm, these sensors are optimized for a standard target size of 24x24mm FE360. They feature a correction factor for various materials: copper (0.45), aluminium (0.53), brass (0.56), and stainless steel (0.77). The thermal drift of Sr is less than 10%, and they maintain a repeat accuracy of less than 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. The hysteresis ranges from 1 to 20%. The sensors operate with a switching frequency of 600Hz and an operating voltage of 10 to 30Vdc. They have a no-load supply current of ? 20mA, a load current of ? 400mA, and a leakage current of ? 10?A. The output voltage drop is ? 1V at 400mA, with a maximum ripple content of ? 10%. A yellow LED indicates the output state, and the sensors are equipped with short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protection. Constructed with a nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT active head, the sensors are designed for durability and reliability. They have a tightening torque of 25Nm and operate within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. The sensors are CE and UR approved, EMC compatible with IEC 60947-5-2, and meet vibration and shock standards IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27. With an IP67 degree of protection, they are supplied with two M18x1 nuts for secure mounting.
