The Datasensing AT1/AP-4A Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for a wide range of applications. These sensors feature a nominal sensing distance of 20mm and an operating distance of 0 to 16.2mm, making them ideal for precise proximity detection. The standard target size is 60x60mm FE360, with correction factors for various materials such as copper (0.45), aluminium (0.50), brass (0.55), and stainless steel (0.75). Engineered for reliability, these sensors offer a thermal drift of Sr less than 10% and repeat accuracy under 5% at 24V and 23°C ±5°C. The hysteresis ranges from 1 to 20%, ensuring consistent performance. With a switching frequency of 200Hz and an operating voltage between 10 to 30Vdc, these sensors are versatile and efficient. They feature a PNP output type with a normally open (NO) output function, and are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state visibility. The AT1/AP-4A Sensors are built with robust nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT active head material, ensuring durability in harsh environments. They are protected against short-circuits, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive loads. The sensors are unshielded and come with a 2m PVC cable for easy installation. With an IP67 degree of protection, these sensors are resistant to dust and water ingress, making them suitable for industrial settings. They are compliant with CE and UR approvals and meet EMC compatibility standards IEC 60947-5-2. Additionally, they are designed to withstand shocks and vibrations as per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27 standards.
