The Datasensing AT6/AP-1H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a compact M30 shielded short housing, these sensors offer a nominal sensing distance of 10mm and an operating distance of 0 to 8.1mm, making them ideal for proximity detection applications. The sensors are equipped with a PNP output type and a normally open (NO) output function, ensuring efficient signal transmission with a switching frequency of 200Hz. Constructed with a robust nickel-plated brass housing and an active head made of PBT, the AT6/AP-1H sensors are built to withstand harsh environments, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and a degree of protection rated at IP67. The sensors are designed with complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, impulsive overvoltage, and inductive load protection. The sensors feature an M12 plug connection for easy integration and are supplied with two M30x1.5 nuts for secure mounting. With a high repeat accuracy of less than 5% and a low thermal drift of Sr under 10%, these sensors ensure consistent performance. The yellow LED indicator provides a clear output state, and the sensors are compliant with CE and cULus approvals, as well as EMC compatibility with IEC 60947-5-2 standards.
