The Datasensing AT6/BP-4H Sensors are high-performance inductive sensors designed for precision and reliability. Featuring a robust M30 unshielded short housing, these sensors offer both Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) PNP output functions, making them versatile for various applications. With a nominal sensing distance of 20mm and an operating range of 0 to 16.2mm, they are ideal for detecting standard targets of 60x60mm FE360. The sensors are equipped with a yellow LED indicator for output state visibility and provide complete protection against electrical damages, including short-circuit, reverse polarity, and impulsive overvoltage protection.
These sensors are constructed with nickel-plated brass housing and a PBT active head, ensuring durability and resistance to harsh environments. They are designed to operate efficiently within a temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and are compliant with CE and cULus approvals, as well as EMC compatibility with IEC 60947-5-2 standards. The AT6/BP-4H Sensors also feature a high switching frequency of 200Hz, low no-load supply current of ? 20mA, and a load current capacity of ? 400mA, making them suitable for high-speed applications.
The sensors come with an M12 plug connection for easy installation and are supplied with two M30x1.5 nuts for secure mounting. With a degree of protection rated at IP67, they are resistant to dust and water ingress, ensuring reliable performance in demanding industrial environments. Additionally, ATEX models for category 3 are available upon request, catering to specific hazardous area requirements.
