The Datasensing BX80B/1P-0H Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in demanding environments. With a controlled height of 70 mm and an operating distance of up to 2 meters, these sensors utilize a microprocessor-based circuit for enhanced performance. The sensitivity adjustment feature allows for fine-tuning, while the strong cubic housing ensures durability. This special version comes with a metallic enclosure, making it ideal for high-duty use. The sensor offers complete protection against electrical damages with an IP67 protection degree, ensuring it withstands harsh conditions. Key features include a nominal sensing distance of 0.3 to 2 meters, a thermal drift of Sr ?10%, and a beam spacing of 6mm. It can detect objects as small as Ø 5mm with 12 rays. The receiver function operates with a PNP output type and NO/NC output function, providing a response time of just 10ms. It operates on a voltage range of 12 to 24 VDC, with a no-load supply current of 50mA and a load current of ?100mA. The sensor is equipped with LED indicators for power, alignment, and output state, and features short-circuit and reverse polarity protection. The sensor is resistant to external light interference, with a maximum of 1,500 lux from incandescent lamps and 4,500 lux from sunlight. It is built to withstand impulsive overvoltage and is compliant with EMC standards IEC 60947-5-2.
