The Datasensing BX80B/3P-0H Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. Featuring a controlled height of 70 mm and an operating distance of up to 2 meters, these sensors utilize a microprocessor-based circuit for enhanced performance. The sensitivity adjustment allows for customization to suit specific needs, while the strong cubic housing ensures durability. This special version comes with a metallic enclosure for high-duty use, providing complete protection against electrical damages with an IP67 protection degree. The sensors operate on a voltage range of 12 to 24 VDC, with a nominal sensing distance of 0.5 to 1 meter and a thermal drift of Sr ?10%. The beams are spaced at 6mm, with a minimum detectable object size of 5mm, and feature 12 rays for comprehensive coverage. The output type is PNP with NO/NC functionality, and the response time is a swift 3ms. Additional features include LED indicators for power, alignment, and output state, short-circuit and reverse polarity protection, and resistance to external light interference up to 1,500 lux (incandescent lamp) and 4,500 lux (sunlight). The sensors are built with a PBT housing and a PC active head, with an M12 plug connection for easy integration.
