The Datasensing FAL4/BN-0A Sensors are a versatile and reliable solution for various industrial applications. These sensors feature a complete range of M18 models with a power supply of 10...30 Vdc, offering both axial and radial optics with a flat surface for precise detection. The visible red laser emission models ensure accurate sensing, while the IP67 protection degree guarantees durability in harsh environments. With a nominal sensing distance of 300mm and a thermal drift of Sr ?10%, the FAL4/BN-0A Sensors maintain high accuracy with a repeat accuracy of 5%. The sensitivity adjustment is facilitated through a teach-in function, and the sensors operate on a diffuse reflection principle for medium distances up to 600mm. The optic position is axial, and the output type is NPN NO+NC, offering both normally open and normally closed functions.
These sensors boast a high switching frequency of 800Hz and a rapid response time of 625µs, ensuring quick and efficient operation. They are designed to handle a load current of up to 100mA with minimal leakage current and output voltage drop.
