The Datasensing FC6I/0B-M210-1F Sensors are designed for precision and reliability in industrial applications. Featuring a 2mm width and 95mm depth slot, these sensors offer simple and accurate manual adjustments using -/+ buttons. They utilize infrared emission with a LASER emission class 1, housed in a durable metal casing. The sensors provide light/dark switching, selectable by button, and can detect minimum object sizes of 0.2 mm (FC6I) and 0.05 mm (FC6L). Operating efficiently within a temperature range of -20 to +60 °C, they are equipped with M8 connectors (4 pins) supporting PNP/NPN, LO/DO configurations. With a high switching frequency of 10 kHz and a response time of 50 µs, these sensors ensure rapid and accurate performance. They operate on a voltage range of 12 to 24 VDC, with a no-load supply current of ? 40mA and a load current of ?100mA. The output voltage drop is ?2V at Iload=100mA, and they feature short-circuit and reverse polarity protection.
