The Datasensing TFM1/1P-0V Sensors are advanced time of flight miniaturized sensors designed for precision and reliability. With a nominal sensing distance of 180mm and a wide angle divergent spot dimension of 25°, these sensors offer a resolution of 1mm, ensuring accurate detection. The sensors feature a PNP output with a switching frequency programmable from 10 Hz to 80 Hz, making them versatile for various applications. They are equipped with two digital outputs (Lon) and provide complete protection against electrical damages with an IP67 protection degree.
The sensors emit an infrared laser (class 1) and have a sensitivity adjustment via a trimmer, with a hysteresis of ± 4mm. They operate on a voltage range of 19.2 to 28.8VDC, with a no-load supply current of ? 40mA and a load current of ? 50mA. The output voltage drop is ? 2V at a load current of 50mA, and they feature short-circuit and reverse polarity protection.
Constructed with a durable PA66 + ABS housing and a glass active head, these sensors are designed to withstand harsh environments, with an operating temperature range of -10°C to +50°C and storage temperature range of -30°C to +90°C. The sensors are equipped with LED indicators for easy status monitoring: green for run, red for out of operating range, and yellow for status. They come with a 200mm PVC cable and M12 plug for easy connectivity.
