The Baumer FLDK 110C1005/S42 11100809 is a high-performance sensor designed for precise edge detection and counting applications in fast-moving environments. It features a measuring distance of 0 to 120 mm with an optimal operating distance of 100 mm, and can handle counting rates up to 600,000 copies per hour. The sensor operates effectively with object speeds up to 5 m/sec and a minimum object cycle distance of 1 mm. It is equipped with a pulsed red laser diode light source, emitting a visible red laser line of 3 mm at a wavelength of 670 nm, and falls under Laser class 2 for safety. Key features include an LED yellow edge indicator, LED green power indication, and options for false pulse suppression and sensitivity adjustment.
