The Baumer FPDH 14N5101/KS34A 11096623 is a retro-reflective sensor designed for hygienic applications, featuring a pulsed red LED light source with a wavelength of 660 nm. This sensor includes a flashing light indicator for alignment or soiled lens detection and a yellow LED light indicator. It operates without sensitivity adjustment and has mechanisms for suppression of reciprocal influence. Certified by Ecolab and adapted from EHEDG, it ensures rapid response and release times of less than 1 ms. The sensor operates on a voltage supply range of 10 to 30 VDC, with typical current consumption of 20 mA and a maximum of 25 mA. It features light/dark operate output functions, NPN output circuit, and supports an output current of 100 mA. Enhanced durability is ensured with short circuit and reverse polarity protection. The sensor's robust stainless steel 1.4404 housing and PMMA front optics are designed to withstand harsh conditions, with an operating temperature range of -30 to +60 °C and a high protection class of IP 68/69K & proTect+.
