The Baumer FUF 025B1001 is a diffuse type fiber optic sensor with a sensing distance of 240 mm. It features a cylindrical threaded fiber optic head made of brass, measuring 6 mm in width and 30 mm in length. The sensor operates within a temperature range of -25 to +250 °C and has an exit angle of 60°. It is compatible with infrared light at 1450 nm but does not support shortening or lens adaptation. The fiber optic cable, made of glass, is 25 cm long with a cross section of 4 mm², encased in a brass chromium-plated jacket. The fixed bending radius is 20 mm, and the mobile bending radius is 36 mm.
