Description
The Baumer IFBR 06N33T1/S14L-9 11014579 is a non-flush, hygienic design proximity sensor with a nominal sensing distance of 3 mm and a hysteresis range of 2 to 15% of Sr. It features a red LED output indicator and operates with a switching frequency of 3 kHz. The sensor is powered by a voltage supply range of 6 to 30 VDC and has a maximum no-load current consumption of 10 mA. It includes an NPN break function (NC) output circuit with a voltage drop of less than 2 VDC and an output current of 200 mA, which reduces to less than 100 mA at cleaning temperatures. The sensor is equipped with short circuit and reverse polarity protection. Its cylindrical smooth design is made from LCP for the sensing face and stainless steel 1.4404 (V4A) for the housing, measuring 6.5 mm in diameter and 55 mm in housing length. It connects via an M12 connector and operates within a temperature range of -40 to +80 °C, with a cleaning temperature tolerance of 80 to 100 °C for up to 30 minutes per day. The sensor is rated IP 68/69K & proTect+ for high-level protection against dust and water ingress. It meets various regulatory approvals, including Ecolab, EHEDG, and multiple FDA and EC regulations, ensuring compliance with food and hygiene standards.
