Description

The Baumer IFBR 17P37T1/S14L-9 11014601 is a quasi-flush, cylindrical smooth proximity sensor designed for hygienic applications. It features a nominal sensing distance of 8 mm with a hysteresis range of 2 to 15% of Sr. The sensor is equipped with a red LED output indicator and operates on a voltage supply range of 6 to 30 VDC, with a maximum current consumption of 10 mA when no load is present. It supports a PNP break function (NC) output circuit, with a voltage drop of less than 2 VDC and an output current of 200 mA, which reduces to less than 100 mA at cleaning temperatures. The sensor offers short circuit and reverse polarity protection, and is constructed with a stainless steel 1.4404 (V4A) housing and an LCP sensing face. It has a housing length of 60 mm and a diameter of 17 mm, connecting via an M12 connector. The operating temperature range is from -40 to +80 °C, with a cleaning temperature tolerance of 80 to +100 °C for up to 30 minutes per day.
