Description

The Baumer IFRM 04N15B1/KS35PL 10152852 is a flush-mounted inductive sensor with a nominal sensing distance of 0.8 mm and adjustable hysteresis between 2 to 20% of Sr. It features a red LED output indicator and operates at a switching frequency of 3 kHz. The sensor is powered by a voltage supply range of 6 to 30 VDC and has a maximum current consumption of 12 mA when no load is present. It includes an NPN make function (NO) output circuit with a voltage drop of less than 2 VDC and an output current capacity of 100 mA. Enhanced with both short circuit and reverse polarity protection, this sensor is designed with a cylindrical threaded housing made of stainless steel and a POM sensing face. It measures 4 mm in diameter and 22 mm in housing length, and connects via a flylead connector M8. The sensor can be tightened with a maximum torque of 1.8 Nm (front: 1.2 Nm) and operates within a temperature range of -25 to +75 °C. It is rated IP 67 for protection against dust and immersion in water, making it suitable for a variety of industrial applications.
