Baumer IFRM 18N17A4/L 11111666 is a quasi-flush, cylindrical threaded proximity sensor with an 8 mm nominal sensing distance and adjustable hysteresis of 3-20% of Sr. It features a red LED output indicator, a high switching frequency of 500 Hz, and operates on a voltage supply range of 6-36 VDC. The sensor consumes a maximum of 10 mA with no load and supports an NPN make function (NO) output circuit with a voltage drop of less than 2 VDC and an output current of 200 mA. It includes short circuit and reverse polarity protection. The sensor is constructed with a PBT sensing face and a brass nickel-plated housing, measuring 18 mm in diameter and 65 mm in length.
