The Baumer IFRR 08N13T1/S14L-9 11016168 is a non-flush, cylindrical threaded inductive sensor designed for outdoor and washdown environments. It features a nominal sensing distance of 3 mm with a hysteresis of 2 to 15% of Sr. The sensor is equipped with a red LED output indicator and operates with a switching frequency of 3 kHz. It supports a voltage supply range of 6 to 30 VDC and has a maximum no-load current consumption of 10 mA. The output circuit is an NPN make function (NO) with a maximum output current of 200 mA, which reduces to under 100 mA at cleaning temperatures. It includes short circuit and reverse polarity protection. The sensor's housing is made of stainless steel 1.4404 (V4A) and LSR, with an LCP sensing face, and it connects via an M12 connector. It can withstand operating temperatures from -40 to +80 °C and cleaning temperatures between 80 and 100 °C for up to 30 minutes per day. The sensor is highly durable, rated IP 68/69K & proTect+ for protection against dust and high-pressure water, and meets stringent vibration and shock resistance standards according to EN 61373 and EN 60068.
