
The Baumer IFRR 12P13T1/L-9 11016091 is a non-flush, cylindrical threaded proximity sensor designed for washdown applications, featuring a nominal sensing distance of 6 mm and a hysteresis of 2 to 15% of Sr. It includes a red LED output indicator and is equipped with a PNP make function (NO) output circuit. The sensor operates on a voltage supply range of 6 to 30 VDC, with a maximum current consumption of 10 mA and an output current of 200 mA, which reduces to less than 100 mA at cleaning temperatures. It offers short circuit and reverse polarity protection, and is constructed with a stainless steel 1.4404 (V4A) housing and an LCP sensing face. The device measures 12 mm in diameter and 55 mm in length, with a PVC cable connection of 2 meters. It can withstand operating temperatures from -40 to +80 °C and cleaning temperatures up to 100 °C for 30 minutes per day. The sensor is highly durable, rated IP 68/69K & proTect+ for maximum protection against dust and high-pressure water ingress, and meets stringent vibration and shock resistance standards according to EN 61373 and EN 60068.
