Baumer IFRR 18N13T1/PL-9 11013664 is a non-flush, cylindrical threaded proximity sensor designed for outdoor use, featuring a nominal sensing distance of 12 mm and a hysteresis of 2 to 15% of Sr. It includes an LED red output indicator and operates at a switching frequency of 500 Hz. The sensor supports a voltage supply range of 6 to 30 VDC, with a maximum no-load current consumption of 10 mA. It utilizes an NPN make function (NO) output circuit, with a voltage drop of less than 2 VDC and an output current of 200 mA, which reduces to less than 100 mA at cleaning temperatures. Equipped with short circuit and reverse polarity protection, the sensor is made from stainless steel 1.4404 (V4A) and LCP for the sensing face, ensuring durability. It has a housing length of 55 mm and connects via a 2-meter PUR cable. The sensor can withstand operating temperatures from -40 to +80 °C and cleaning temperatures between 80 to 100 °C for up to 30 minutes per day. It meets IP 68/69K & proTect+ protection standards and is resistant to vibrations and shocks as per EN 61373: 2010 and EN 60068 standards.
