Description

The Baumer IFRR 18N13T1/S14L-9 11016016 is a non-flush, cylindrical threaded proximity sensor designed for outdoor and washdown environments. It features a nominal sensing distance of 12 mm with a hysteresis of 2 to 15% of Sr. Equipped with a red LED output indicator, it operates within a voltage supply range of 6 to 30 VDC and has a maximum current consumption of 10 mA. The sensor supports an NPN make function (NO) output circuit with a maximum output current of 200 mA and reduces during cleaning temperatures to below 100 mA. It includes short circuit and reverse polarity protection. The sensor's housing is made of durable stainless steel 1.4404 (V4A) and LCP for the sensing face, ensuring robustness in harsh conditions. It can withstand operating temperatures from -40 to +80 °C and cleaning temperatures up to 100 °C for 30 minutes per day. The sensor is highly resistant to vibrations and shocks, meeting EN 61373 and EN 60068 standards, and offers a protection class of IP 68/69K & proTect+. It connects via an M12 connector and is designed to handle a maximum tightening torque of 55 Nm.
