Description

The Baumer IFRR 18N33T1/L-9 11016051 is a non-flush, cylindrical threaded proximity sensor with a nominal sensing distance of 12 mm and a hysteresis range of 2 to 15% of Sr. It features a red LED output indicator and operates on a voltage supply range of 6 to 30 VDC, with a maximum current consumption of 10 mA when no load is present. The sensor supports an NPN break function (NC) output circuit, with a voltage drop of less than 2 VDC and an output current of 200 mA, which reduces to less than 100 mA at cleaning temperatures. It includes short circuit and reverse polarity protection. The sensor's housing is made of stainless steel 1.4404 (V4A) and LSR, with a sensing face of LCP, ensuring durability and resistance to harsh environments. It can withstand operating temperatures from -40 to +80 °C and cleaning temperatures between 80 to 100 °C for up to 30 minutes per day. The sensor is highly resistant to vibrations and shocks, meeting EN 61373: 2010 (category 3) standards, and offers a protection class of IP 68/69K & proTect+. It is designed for washdown applications, as evidenced by its Ecolab approval and a robust design that includes a PVC cable connection of 2 meters. The sensor is ideal for applications requiring high reliability and precision in challenging conditions.
