The Baumer IFRR 18P33T1/PL-9 11013663 is a non-flush, cylindrical threaded proximity sensor designed for outdoor use, featuring a nominal sensing distance of 12 mm and a hysteresis of 2 to 15% of Sr. It includes a red LED output indicator and operates at a switching frequency of 500 Hz. The sensor supports a voltage supply range of 6 to 30 VDC and has a maximum no-load current consumption of 10 mA. It utilizes a PNP break function (NC) output circuit with a voltage drop of less than 2 VDC and can handle an output current of up to 200 mA, reducing to less than 100 mA at cleaning temperatures. Equipped with short circuit and reverse polarity protection, the sensor is built from stainless steel 1.4404 (V4A) and LCP for the sensing face, ensuring durability. It has a housing length of 55 mm and a diameter of 18 mm, connected via a 2-meter PUR cable. The sensor can withstand tightening torques up to 55 Nm and operates effectively in temperatures ranging from -40 to +80 °C, with a higher tolerance up to +100 °C for short periods during cleaning. It boasts an IP 68/69K protection class with proTect+ sealing, and is highly resistant to vibration and shock as per EN 61373 and EN 60068 standards.
