Baumer IR06.D03L-Q46.UA1T.7SL 11176070 is a quasi-flush, cylindrical smooth sensor with a measuring distance of 0 to 3 mm and a high sensitivity of 3.33 V/mm. It offers excellent resolution, with less than 0.003 mm in static conditions and dynamic resolutions varying with distance. The sensor features repeat accuracy of 0.01 mm and linearity errors as low as ±10 µm for distances up to 2 mm and ±90 µm up to 3 mm. It includes temperature drift compensation, LED yellow teach-feedback, and a fast response time of less than 2 ms. The sensor operates on a 12 to 30 VDC supply, consumes a maximum of 12 mA, and outputs an analog 0 to 10 VDC signal. It supports a load resistance over 4000 Ohm and includes short circuit and reverse polarity protection. Constructed with a PBT sensing face and stainless steel housing, it measures 6.5 mm in diameter and 46 mm in length, connects via an M8 connector, and operates between -25 to +75 °C. It is IP 67 rated for protection against dust and immersion.
