Baumer IR08.D02S-F46.UA1Z.7SL 11123872 is a flush-mounted inductive sensor with a measuring distance of 0 to 2 mm and a high resolution of less than 0.001 mm (static) and less than 0.005 mm (dynamic). It features repeat accuracy of 0.02 mm and linearity errors of ±60 µm for distances of 0.5 to 1.5 mm and ±140 µm for the full range of 0 to 2 mm. The sensor is designed to handle temperature drifts of ±3% at temperatures from 0 to +60 °C and ±5% from -10 to +70 °C. It has a quick response time of less than 0.5 ms, operates on a voltage supply range of 12 to 36 VDC, and consumes a maximum of 10 mA with no load. The output circuit is analog 0 to 10 VDC, and it supports a load resistance of over 4000 Ohm. It includes short circuit and reverse polarity protection. The sensor's cylindrical threaded design features a PBT sensing face and a stainless steel housing, measuring 8 mm in diameter and 46 mm in length.
