Baumer IR08.P02F-F46.NO1Z.7SL 11116607 is a flush-mounted, cylindrical threaded proximity sensor with a nominal sensing distance of 2 mm and an assured sensing distance of up to 81% of Sn. It features a temperature drift of ±10% of the real sensing distance, which itself varies by ±10% of Sn, and a hysteresis range of 3-20% of Sr. The sensor is equipped with a red LED output indicator and offers a correction factor of 100% for various metals including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper. It operates with a switching frequency of 3 kHz and a voltage supply range of 5-36 VDC, consuming a maximum of 12 mA with no load. The output circuit is an NPN make function (NO) with a voltage drop of less than 2 VDC and an output current of 200 mA. It includes short circuit and reverse polarity protection. The sensor's housing is made of stainless steel (V2A) and PBT for the sensing face, measuring 8 mm in diameter and 46 mm in length.
