Baumer IR08.P02F-F46.NO1Z.7SL 11116607 is a flush-mounted, cylindrical threaded proximity sensor with a nominal sensing distance of 2 mm and an assured sensing distance of up to 81% of Sn. It features a temperature drift of ±10% of the real sensing distance, which itself varies by ±10% of Sn, and a hysteresis range of 3-20% of Sr. The sensor is equipped with a red LED output indicator and offers a correction factor of 100% for various metals including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper. It operates with a switching frequency of 3 kHz and a voltage supply range of 5-36 VDC, consuming a maximum of 12 mA with no load. The output circuit is an NPN make function (NO) with a voltage drop of less than 2 VDC and an output current of 200 mA. It includes short circuit and reverse polarity protection.
